Created in 2004, our Alpes Chalets is specialized in real estate. Our competence areas are :

• real estate transaction in the Grand-Massif resorts (Samoëns, Morillon, Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval, Les Carroz, Flaine) and in the Aulps valley (Morzine/Avoriaz, Les Gets, Essert Romand);
• property development
• project manager combining construction, layout, expansion and renovation.

The transaction fees are at the expense of  the buyer.

Concerning our real estate development and project management activities, we make it a point of honor to work with local craftsmen and quality materials. We also have a partnership with the family company Charpente Chalets Carme in FAUCIGNY.
